A dog was found dead in Boston after leaving the dog in a truck for almost two and a half hours. The internal temperature of the dog was measured more than 110 degrees when the outside temperature is 80 degrees when it reached the hospital. A passer-by found a pit bull in a truck parked and called a police.

Pet owner’s name was not disclosed but the police are investigated and yet to decide on whether or not the owner should be punished.

Pet temperature is always important and need to be monitored. The inside temperature of a parked car or a van is always at least 30 degrees higher. Save your pet by monitoring the pet environment temperature.
